By assigning segments to customers, we can create customer groups to which we can then define delivery methods, articles or promotions, and products available only to them.
To add a customer segment you need to:
- Log in to Administration Panel
- Go to Configurations tab
- Choose Customer segments option
- In the upper right corner, press the "Add segment" button
- Complete the segment name field
- Press the "Update" button to accept the creation of the segment
