Minimum prices for products on bids

Customers can also set minimum prices for their products at a maximum of 10 levels. This means that one product can have up to 10 different minimum prices. However, this functionality only works on offers, and the minimum prices and their levels must be entered through integrational API.

The next stage in permissions is the ability to configure settings for a specific level of minimum prices that applies to a selected operator role. This means that a Salesperson with appropriate permissions will not be able to set a product price below the minimum price that applies to their level.

For example, if we have Product X with two levels of minimum prices (20 PLN and 30 PLN), and the first operator has set the minimum price level to 20 PLN in their permissions, they will not be able to set the price of this product below 20 PLN in the offer. Similarly, the second operator with permissions for the minimum price level of 30 PLN will not be able to set the price of the product below 30 PLN in the offer.

Creating a new role and assigning it to an operator (salesperson).

Select "Configurations" from the left menu,
Select "Company" from the left menu,
Go to the "Roles" tab,
Press the "New Role" button,
Enter the name of the role in the input,
Press the "Create" button,
Press the "Add permission" button,
From the "Area" list, select "orderpath"
From the "Actions" list, select "View Offer."
Press the "Add Entitlement" button
From the "Area" list, select "orderpath" (Remember that there must be two separate orderpath areas)
From the "Actions" list, select "Bid Approval."
Press the "Add/edit conditions to action" button in the line of the previously added action
From the "Condition" list, select "Minimum price of the product line."
In the "Value" field, select the degree of the minimum price that will apply to the offer
Click the "Update" button
Press the "Add Entitlement" button
From the "Area" list, select "clients"
From the "Actions" list, select "Customer View."
Press the "Update" button

What will be the result of the following?

The operator, after adding the product to the offer, has the ability to edit the price of the product. If we have set that the minimum price for this product is 30zl and the Merchant wants to set 25zl, it will be highlighted in green and he will not be able to reprocess the order on the shopping cart. The merchant will receive the following message.
