In the ONE system, we have introduced a series of important improvements aimed at enhancing the management of relationships between sales and warehouse documents. Users can now more easily navigate between documents with the quick access feature, which allows them to jump to related documents with just one click on the document number. Below, we present the details of the changes, which include both improved visibility and a more intuitive way to navigate between documents. Additionally, new filters have been added to the document lists, further streamlining user workflows.
1. Linking Between Documents
From the document view, both warehouse and sales documents, users can now more easily move between related documents such as sales orders, warehouse issues, warehouse issue corrections, VAT invoices, proforma invoices, sales invoice corrections, and proforma invoice corrections. Here are the main changes:

Warehouse issue documents (WZ) now include linked sales orders, warehouse issues, VAT invoices, VAT invoice corrections, and correcting VAT invoices. Previously, the document number was just text and not a clickable link. After clicking on the document number, the user is redirected to the details page of the related document.

Warehouse issue corrections also contain linked sales orders, warehouse issues, VAT invoices, VAT invoice corrections, and VAT invoice correction documents.

Downloads List: Every sales order document in the download list is now a link, allowing users to quickly access the related document.

Invoice/Receipt/Invoice Correction Details View: Links to related documents such as VAT invoices, correcting VAT invoices, warehouse issues (WZ), warehouse issue corrections, and sales orders are displayed.

Links in Tables: In the warehouse issue and warehouse issue correction document lists, users can now click on the VAT invoice or sales order number to access the details of those documents. If the document exists in the system, the user will be redirected to the page with its full data.
2. "Uninvoiced" Functionality
We have introduced a "Uninvoiced" filter on the warehouse issue document list, which only shows documents that have not been assigned a VAT invoice. Additionally, the "Uninvoiced" tab will no longer be visible in other sections, such as the download lists or warehouse documents. These changes make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly.
3. User Interface Changes

Aesthetic Improvements: Linked documents are now displayed in a gray rectangle within the relevant sections of the documents, making them more noticeable and easier to identify.

Unified Appearance: The sections in the warehouse issue document now include linked invoices, receipts, invoice corrections, and other related documents, providing users with quick access to the full document history related to a specific order.

4. Secure and Intuitive Document Management
All document relationships, including those between warehouse issues, warehouse issue corrections, sales orders, and other documents, are now clearly visible in an intuitive manner. Users can easily navigate between documents, which speeds up the entire document flow process and increases operational efficiency.

As a result, document processing operations are faster and more transparent, and users have full control over their data.
