Blocking/unblocking user account

If we need to temporarily disable a user's account, we can block it.

To block a user's account you have to:

1. Go to "Account" panel
2. Select "Users" section
3. Press the "Block user" button next to the user you want to block -
   If you want to unblock your account, press the "Unblock user" button

Deleting user account

1. Go to "Account" panel
2. Select "Users" section
3. Press the "Delete user" button next to the user account you want to delete
