By assigning segments to customers, we can create customer groups to which we can then define delivery methods, articles or promotions, and products available only to them. 

To add a customer segment you need to: 

1. Log in to Administration Panel
2. Go to Configurations tab
3. Choose  Customer segments option
4. In the upper right corner, press the "Add segment" button
5. Complete the segment name field
6. Press the "Update" button to accept the creation of the segment
