To send a ticket press "Sumbit a request" and then fill in the fields:
- Title – general description of ticket (few words)
- Choose type of ticket:
- Bug – bugs that appeared on the platform
- Question – questions about functionality, configuration or integration
- New functionality proposal – reporting new needs and functionality proposals
Please note: Tickets will be visible to all users of your organization.
- Description – please describe the issue as accurately as possible, indicating what exactly it concerns together with the screens (if possible). The more information the easier and faster we will be able to deal with the issue.
- Priority – please state the actual priority of your application. Priorities will always be verified by our employees.
- Attachments – Here you can upload various types of attachments (screenshot, video, word file, etc.).
