The category tree allows the end user to move comfortably and intuitively between categories and to search for products. 

To add a new category tree you have to:

1. Log in to the ETIM System Administrator Panel 
2. Select the "Category trees" tab from the "Configuration" section
3. Press the button at the top of the list
4. Complete the required data of the new Category Tree 
5. Save the entered data with the "Save" button

To add a new category to the tree you have to:

1. Select the "Category trees" tab from the "Configuration" section
2. From the list, select the tree you are interested in by pressing  icon
3. Press the "+" button
4. Complete the new category information:

• Parent category - when creating subcategories we indicate the overriding category
• Identifier - id of category
• Name - category name displayed to end users
• Set after - setting the order in which the categories are displayed in the category tree 

     5. Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button

Adding a new subcategory 

The procedure for adding subcategories is identical to the procedure for adding a category with the difference of step three where a "+" is pressed at category level
