In order to more accurately analyze the use of promotion mechanisms in the basket by users, an extension of the scope of data transferred by the ONE system to the data layer used by Google Tag Manager, and then by Google Analytics 4, was introduced.
These changes affect two main events: "view_cart" (cart display) and "purchase" (purchase).
- Basket-Whole Promotion: When a basket-wide promotion is launched in ONE (e.g. a percentage or amount off the whole basket or adding a prize), information about the campaign used will be displayed at the whole order level. The value of this campaign, coming from ONE, will be placed in the "coupon" field.
It is important to note that the "coupon" field will not contain a specific promotional code, but only the name of the campaign that has been used.
- Promotion affecting selected products: If a promotion is added in ONE that affects selected products or categories (e.g. percentage or amount discount on selected categories or products), information about these campaigns will also be passed to Google Tag Manager and then to Google Analytics 4.
In this case, campaign names for specific products or categories will be included in the "coupon" field in the data transferred to Google Analytics 4.
These updates allow for more accurate monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of in-cart promotions, and identify which campaigns were used by users when making purchases.

The price of the product in the basket and offer
1. When a product without a price is added to the cart, the order button is greyed out and a message appears with information that the product has no price. Only when a fix price is assigned, the button is activated.
If a product without a price is added to the offer, the "Accept offer" button is greyed out and inactive until the fix price is assigned. There is also a message that there is no price.

2. You can add a draft product to your offer that does not have a price. For the purposes of tasks with adding products without a price to the basket and an offer, we have also changed the offer printout template. During printing, when the offer contains a product without a price (working or active) in the offer, in place of prices, - - dashes will be generated. The appearance will be identical to the view on the offer. It's important to tell customers that if they're not using our default template, they should make changes to their template. They can be modeled on the html of the default template for offers.

3. Adding a new menu view in the context of the client. Menu functionality has not been changed. Only her appearance has changed.
Major changes:
The client context menu is visible on the left (same as the main menu).

At the top of the menu there is information about the name of the client in the context of which the given operator is located
If there are sub-tabs within a given tab, they are expanded into the so-called "accordion". The user can see which tab in the menu he is on, because it has been marked with a shaded color and an orange marker.
Each tab in the menu has its own icon.
You can go to the main menu in the upper left corner, next to the client's name.
After displaying the main menu, it is possible to return to the client's context (the icon next to it).

5. Improvement of the customer card view (after editing), for an operator who does not have the right to edit a given customer. For an operator without permissions, the field data is hidden and inactive. For better visibility, the subtitles have been sharpened. The fields are still inactive.
6. New more logical translations of actions and areas.
