As merchants, we often handle customers who prefer to order outside of our online store, especially during events such as trade shows. To facilitate this interaction, we have updated the front cart import function. Now our customers can add products directly to their shopping carts on the ONE platform, using the Excel files they receive from us with the current seasonal offerings. This feature allows customers to quickly and easily process orders based on the files they receive.
2. we added functionality that allows you to view all delivery methods that match any package (paid)
As of now, for different shipment sizes, prices and dimensions, you can view all delivery methods that fit any package. This means that if a customer wants to use different delivery methods that meet their needs and fit in their shopping cart, they can do so easily, without having to check multiple times.
3.We added the function Recognizing the type of photo
For those responsible for integrating products into the ONE platform, we have added a function to recognize the type of photos imported from the Internet. Now the platform can import photos without extension or file type information, making it easier to display product photos on the platform.

5. we added the ability to add a new widget
As ONE platform operators, you can now add new widgets to your dashboards to get a quick summary of key metrics such as the number of objects with the Offers, Orders and Sales Orders filter.
6. possibility to take over the offer
We have added an option to take over the offer from other merchants. If you have permissions to view and make changes to the offer, you can now take over the offer and continue to handle it.
7. export BO order to excel
Now, as a merchant, you can export orders to Excel format, both online and offline. This feature makes order management and data analysis easier.
8 Our team has made several other improvements to the ONE platform, including:
- Upgrade to a new version of Node.js, which has contributed to overall improvements in system performance and stability.
- Optimization of the database, which significantly accelerated the platform and reduced response times.
- Fixing an issue with the Product Card, which previously caused incorrect product stock values to be presented.
- Removing unnecessary requests in the search engine, which made the search process more efficient and fast now.
- Fix the lack of automatic price refresh in the catalog on backoffice to ensure that the information is always up-to-date.
- Resolved a problem with the product search engine on the product card, which previously did not work properly when the operator was on the same card.
- Adding the ability to search for a phrase on the mobile version by pressing the Enter key, without having to click on the magnifying glass, which increased user convenience.
