New products in the ONe system – what have we prepared for you?

We're excited to introduce the latest improvements to our ONe system! To meet the needs of customers and merchants, we have introduced a number of innovations that streamline order processing, improve the functionality of the platform and increase the level of security.

1. Displaying the EAN number in product views

To facilitate the search and identification of products, the EAN number has been added as an additional identifier on the e-commerce platform and in the merchant panel.

• On the e-commerce platform:
  Customers can now search for products by EAN number. Once a product is found, the number will be visible both in the product list view and on the specific product card.
• In the merchant panel:
  The EAN number is displayed on product lists, product cards, and next to the product line in the basket. Moreover, the EAN can also be transferred to the offer printout.
  

If the EAN number is not used by your company, the functionality may be disabled.

This is an option that can be enabled by running the CMS installation and then going to General > Settings > Show EAN in Catalog . If the product has an EAN, then it will be automatically shown.

2. New look of the cart in the merchant panel

We have optimized the shopping cart view to make ordering even faster:

• Without skipping to the summary:
  Orders can now be placed directly from the shopping cart page.
• Intuitive layout:
  We have moved the "Order" button under payment methods, which makes navigation easier. For those who prefer to review the summary before finalizing, the "Summary" option is still available.
• Next to the buttons for placing an order, the block for entering a promotional code has also been moved

3. Mobile view of the cart in the merchant panel

Now merchants can finalize orders directly from their phone! This functionality allows you to place orders quickly and conveniently, regardless of location.

• Speed ​​and convenience:
  Salespeople working in the field can complete transactions immediately after meeting with a client, without having to return to the office.
• Full mobility:
  Placing an order by phone is an ideal solution in dynamic industries where every minute counts.

4. Improved product scanning

We have introduced improvements in the product scanning process - now all you need is a phone to add products to your cart quickly and conveniently.

• Without additional hardware:
  The new function eliminates the need to use additional devices such as scanners or overlays.
• Dynamic quantity management:
  The merchant can easily increase the number of products while scanning, which allows for quick preparation of the order.

5. Selectability of promotions - full control over offers

The new feature gives merchants and customers the opportunity to choose the promotions they want to apply.

• Flexibility:
  Each user can independently choose which promotions to apply to the order, eliminating the limitations resulting from the automatic application of promotions.
• Dynamic recalculation:
  After selecting a promotion, the system automatically calculates prices and updates available options.
• Simple configuration:
  Promotions can be made selectable already at the configuration stage. If the option is not selected, the promotion will be applied automatically.

6. Notifications about a new client and its source

We have introduced automatic notification of external systems about the creation of a new client in ONe.

• Full synchronization:
  The event is generated when the account is created, which allows changes to be immediately reflected in external systems.
• Source information:
  The notification contains data on whether the customer has been registered via the e-commerce platform, merchant panel or integration. This will allow for a better analysis of the effectiveness of registration channels.

7. Two-factor authentication (2FA)

We are increasing the security of user accounts in the merchant panel by introducing two-factor authentication (2FA).

• What does this mean?
  Even if you lose your password, you will not be able to access your account without additional identity verification.
