New Features in the ONe System – February Updates
Good day! We are excited to introduce the latest improvements in the ONe system. February has been a month of innovation, during which we introduced a number of new features. These new functionalities have been created with the needs of both customers and sales representatives in mind, ensuring an even better user experience on the platform. Check out what we've prepared for you, your customers, and your employees!
1. Document Relationships in the ONe System
We have introduced a new feature in the ONe system that enables easy navigation between related documents directly from orders, warehouse documents (WZ, WZ correction), and sales documents (FV, FV correction). Users can now click on the document number, which will take them directly to the relevant document, as long as the document exists in the system. If the document is not available, the number is displayed as regular text.
At the document level:
-
Warehouse issue (WZ) and WZ correction now contain linked related documents, such as sales orders, VAT invoices, fiscal receipts, correcting invoices, and correcting receipts. The numbers of these documents work as links.
-
Sales documents (FV, FV correction) now contain linked related documents, such as WZ, WZ correction, and sales orders. These links are visible in a special gray rectangle in the sales document, corrections, and sales order sections. On document listings (WZ) – warehouse issues, WZ corrections, FV, and FV corrections – the document numbers are also linked, allowing for easy access to details in a new tab. Thanks to this functionality, users now have a more intuitive way to navigate between related documents, improving daily work within the ONe system.
2. Visibility of Customer Order Number in the ONe System
We have introduced a new feature in the ONe system that allows displaying the customer order number from the ERP system on all documents, both in the sales panel and on the e-commerce platform. This order number, which was previously only available via API for orders and invoices, is now visible on e-commerce platform orders, sales documents, and warehouse documents.
Thanks to this functionality:
-
The customer order number from the ERP system is now visible on orders both in the sales panel and on the e-commerce platform (OFE).
-
Users can search for sales documents, offline orders, and warehouse documents by customer order number in both the sales panel and the e-commerce platform (OFE).
-
The customer order number is now available in offline orders and warehouse documents, and can also be transmitted via API. These changes improve communication with customers by making it easier to identify orders and related documents by customer order number, significantly streamlining daily customer interactions.
3. Overhaul of the Product Catalog View in the ONe System
We have redesigned the product catalog view in the ONe system to improve the user experience when searching for products, bringing the interface closer to standards known from e-commerce systems. The changes apply to both desktop and mobile versions, ensuring an intuitive interface optimized for different devices.
Changes on desktop:
-
New catalog layout – Upon opening the catalog, instead of the traditional product list, a search bar and categories/filters appear on the left side, eliminating the need to load the entire product list.
-
List view change – After applying filters or categories, products are displayed in wider lines, allowing more products to be shown on the screen.
-
Product load-on-scroll – Instead of pagination, we introduced a product loading feature while scrolling down, ensuring a smoother and more dynamic browsing experience.
-
Filters and categories – Filters have been moved to the left side, and the selected filters are displayed at the top. The categorization and filters have a different background than the rest of the catalog to improve readability and ease of use.
-
Button changes – The "Clear Filters", "Sort", and "Select Warehouse" buttons have been repositioned according to the new layout for better accessibility.
Changes on mobile:
-
Categories and filters as collapsible sections – Categories and filters have been moved to collapsible sections that show the number of selected filters, making them easier to handle on smaller screens.
-
Product view – The product view has been adapted to the mobile version. Filters and categories are now visible after clicking on the relevant section, saving space on the screen.
-
"Clear Filters" button – The button appears only after filters have been selected, preventing unnecessary space occupation. Sorting and warehouse selection have been moved to the right side to maintain order and easy access to these options.
These changes aim to improve the smoothness and intuitiveness of browsing the catalog, optimize the product search process, and adapt the interface to various devices. Thanks to these updates, users now enjoy a better experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
4. Default Warehouse of the Operator in the Product Catalog Filter
We have introduced a feature in the ONe system that allows users to quickly access products from the warehouse they are assigned to. Upon opening the product catalog, the "Available in Warehouse" filter is now automatically set to the operator’s assigned warehouse, speeding up the ordering process.
Changes:
-
Upon opening the product catalog, the filter corresponding to the warehouse assigned to the user is automatically activated.
-
Users can remove this filter if it is not needed.
-
After removing the filter, it will be automatically reapplied the next time the catalog is opened. With this functionality, users can quickly and efficiently browse products available in their assigned warehouse, significantly speeding up the order fulfillment process.
