As a salesperson operating within the sales panel, I can now easily find out which promotions are available for me to persuade a particular customer to consider. This enhances the efficiency of my sales efforts. Currently, there are several active promotions in our organization, many of which are targeted exclusively to specific customer segments. Furthermore, as a salesperson, I now have access to the area where all promotions are configured.
- Log in to the backoffice.
- Navigate to any customer profile.
- A tab labeled "Available Promotions" will be visible.
2. Handling the Click and Collect Delivery Method for Unavailable Products during Cart Splitting
Currently, when both unavailable and available products are in the shopping cart, the Click and Collect delivery method becomes unavailable during the cart split. After enabling a hidden option, this method will remain accessible.
What we have improved:
- Reservations were appearing on the cart when logged into the account.
- Reservations were not removed after updating stock levels.
- Improved the display of the product catalog.
- Rectified the incorrect API documentation for invoices (required fields).
- Addressed issues with incorrect pricing and discounts on approved offers.
- Fixed filters in the Task Manager; filters for "Name," "Assigned to," and "Observer" were not functioning.
- We now display KGO (Minimum Order Quantity) per piece.
- Implemented filtering by inventory status, addressing the previous lack of this feature.
