Creating energy labels
The latest depoly 07.09.2022 was mainly devoted to the implementation of functionality to assign energy labels and product cards for energy class to products. In this release, extended sales order data structures have also been made available, and changes have been made to optimize the display time of sales and warehouse documents.
Details of the implemented functionalities are described below. :
1. Optimization of the display time of WZ/FV,
We have improved system performance in the area of displaying warehouse and sales documents on backoffice ( FV, PA, WZ, WZK) both on lists, detail preview and when searching and filtering documents. This improvement has the effect of speeding up the display of documents. The optimization introduced will be particularly noticeable for companies with a large number of such documents in the ONe system.
2 Extension of sales order data structure (information for integrators),
We have introduced the extension of the sales order data structure with additional attributes, i.e.
Split_payment (MPP) - TRUE/FALSE
cabel_type (Cable product type) - select: drum_cable (drum cable)/ roll (roll cable)
Manufacturer ID
GTU
3 Redirect to document details in the same tab,
Currently, in the tabs of WZ, ORDERS, INVITATIONS, ORDERS, redirection to the details of a given document is made by clicking on the name of the document in the same browser tab. An analogous redirection is made when the name of the company to which the document applies is selected from the listing.
4. Energy labels
You can find a detailed tutorial at the link helpdesk
- The first step in energy label management is to enter the "Energy label" element on the product card from the merchant panel in the CMS tab.
- The next step is to assign a label and product card for the energy class. This can be done in two ways: through the integration API (External import) and EPIM/ETIM.
- EPIM/ ETIM
I select and edit the product for which I want to assign an energy label, and then go to the MIME tab.
I add a new graphic with code MD06 (energy label) , and then an energy card whose code is MD07.
You will see the result at the link https://onecommerce.shop/podgrzewacz-vest-30-l-id-bud_54546646
- Adding an energy label via the integration API - external import
In the "catalog" microservice, we have extended the product model with the "energyclass" object. It will be possible to display the label next to the product if you enter the URL to the graphic in jpg or png format for both "cardUrl" and "labelUrl".
