The update addresses the introduction of solutions related to the cost of waste management (KGO) in sales. The goal of the update is to make sales more transparent and to include environmental costs.
In today's update, we have made changes to KGO among other things:
1. It has been implemented to display information about the additional cost of waste management (KGO) on the sales order under the given product line.
With the Polish variant, assumptions are made:
1. On the order in backoffice, you see the KGO value with a distinction: KGO for one product and KGO for the sum of products in the line
2. On the order in the customer view you see the KGO value with the distinction: KGO for a single product and KGO for the sum of products in a line
3. KGO is not displayed on the order in the summary
4. KGO total for selected products is the same on backoffice and customer view.
2. KGO, depending on the option selected in the configuration on the sales order, may be included in the price of the product, (in which case KGO is displayed for informational purposes only) or may be treated as a separate cost).
With the Hungarian variant, assumptions are made:
- On the OFE order, I see the KGO value in for the sum of the products in line
- On the BO order, I see the KGO value in for the sum of the products in the line
- KGO displayed on the order in the summary
- The total KGO for selected products is the same on BO and OFE.
