In response to the needs of our users, the ONE platform continues to develop its functionality. In the latest update, we have introduced three new functionalities that will significantly simplify the work of backoffice operators and provide an even higher level of security and control for platform administrators.
1. authorization to edit the offer only by the operator assigned to the offer
The backoffice operator has the possibility that from the merchant panel only the operator assigned to the offer can edit the values, so there will be no situation in which another person changes the terms of the offer. Changing the terms of an offer is only possible after the offer has been previously transferred to another operator.
2 Modification of the order integration API to include information on linkage between product lines
On the sales order we return information about the relationship between products. That is, when we have on the ZS a cable product (child + parent) that is, for example, cable + drum is marked in the JSON of the sales order as parentID.
Improved permissions for the "Clients" area
The backoffice operator has the ability to set a permission for the merchant (specified operator role) , in which the operator will be able to edit only the basic data (the first tab on the customer edit view). Similarly, only this tab should be available for completion when adding a new customer. The other tabs (additional, advanced, setting) are available only for viewing.
- With the "Customer View" permission, I only have access to view the basic, additional , financial, settings tabs.
- Having the authorization "View customer" and "Edit basic data"- I have access only to view the tabs basic, additional , financial, settings + to edit the basic data.
- Having the permission "View customer", "Edit basic data", "Manage customer edition". - I only have access to view the basic, additional , financial, settings tabs and to edit in all tabs.

- Total margin percentage - requirement for % margin of all products on offer
- Product line margin percentage requirement % margin on product lines
- Minimum gross value - the value of the entire gross bid
- Minimum net value - the value of the entire net offer.
