  • Possibility to reserve goods from the Backoffice level

Functionality allows to reserve goods for a customer from Backoffice item.

With this capability, the customer can be assured that the merchandise will not be redeemed by another customer before he or she makes the purchase within a certain period of time.

The inventory displayed in the platform is reduced by the amount of goods in the customers' reservations, so that the goods are available only to the customers to whom they have been reserved.

 

⚠️Attention! To be able to make reservations on a particular warehouse, you must first define the conditions
conditions in the warehouse settings!

The new registration path view will reduce the number of erroneous bookings by preventing the customer from selecting a customer type even before data entry.
