Product availability on sales order
It is possible to view the availability status of products on a sales order from the backoffice.
In the ONe system it is possible to view the availability status of products on a given sales order. Currently we distinguish three statuses i.e.
-
accessible
-
partially available
-
not available
The status label is located directly on the sales order view.
In ONe, the quantity issued on sales orders can be managed in the system from the backoffice or via external integrations. The operator himself is able to decide where the release information comes from and has an influence on the quantity released displayed on the sales order document.

Handling reservations on a sales order
Reservation of products on a sales order means that after placing an order, the quantity of available products is reduced by the quantity of products from the order. The reserved quantity is visible on the created sales order in the reserved quantity column.

Getting price lists from EPIM by territory:
We have added the ability to retrieve price lists from EPIM by territory. If a price is defined for a territory in EPIM and the default setting "territory: null" is changed on the Backoffice side
To for example territory GB
Then all price values will be retrieved first for EPIM price lists with territory defined as GB.
Warning: only the price value is taken, not the currency
Specify the number of characters that the search engine considers
In the latest version of the platform, we have made it possible to specify/constrain the number of characters by which products are searched.
This additional setting is intended to improve Backoffice performance.
In order to define the number of characters, taken into account by the search engine you should:
1. Log in to Backoffice 2.
2. Go to Settings -> General -> Catalog. 3.
3. At the very bottom right there is a window "solar_query_length_limit", where you can specify the number of characters to be included in the search
Remove "prefix" field in RFQ configuration
