In the ONe application, each platform administrator has the ability to assign a specific warehouse to individual salespeople. We added permissions that block the possibility of ordering from a warehouse to which the operator does not have permission - and we allow orders to be created only from the warehouse to which they have permission. Thanks to this functionality, salespeople are able to process sales documents only from the warehouse designated for them, which increases their efficiency and accuracy in performing their duties.

• How to make such configurations?

Follow the steps below:

Step 1. 

Go to configurations > company tab

Step 2. 

Roles > Permissions > List of roles

Step 3. 

Select orderpath area > add condition > CONTEXT STORAGE.

• Remember that the "logical operator" field must always contain the value "equal"

Examples of business use of this functionality:

1. Salespeople with multiple warehouses - For companies with multiple warehouses, this feature allows assigning specific warehouses to individual salespeople to increase their efficiency. Salespeople are able to focus only on their assigned warehouse and do not waste time searching for information about other warehouses, which contributes to faster order processing.

2. Process automation - With this feature, platform administrators can automatically assign warehouses to salespeople based on their location or specialization. This allows for process automation and saves administrators time.
